NiHao members and student ambassadors attended the Explore Asia: Multicultural Youth Gathering event at Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center last weekend. With flyers and t-shirts, NiHao promoted North Texas Food Bank and its mission to reduce hunger in the greater North Texas area. Thank you @dallaspd for hosting this amazing event! Our volunteers got to learn so much about the diversity of Asian culture and spread the message of NiHao! Thank you to all our volunteers and ambassadors at this event! Go NiHao! Last weekend, we had an incredible time at the 14th Annual DFW Dragon Boat Festival! The race was an adrenaline-fueled adventure unlike any other! We had a fantastic time, taking second place in our bracket! Our ambassadors Kathy, Aiden, Sam, Vivian, Wendy, and many others promoted our mission about hunger fighting and raised funds from the community. Our fantastic cheerleaders encouraged the racing team to paddle fast and fight for a good record. Go Youth Team and Go NiHao! |
